We serve Washington, DC, the Maryland suburbs including Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville, Gaithersburg, College Park, Hyattsville, Bowie, Laurel, Upper Marlboro and Waldorf, and Northern Virginia including Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Springfield, Tysons, Manassas, Woodbridge and Leesburg. If your venue sits just outside that list, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.

How do I get started?

Submit the Plan My Event request. It takes a few minutes and captures the details we need to give you a meaningful response rather than a generic price range. You will receive a reference number as soon as it is submitted.

When will I hear back?

Our published response window is shown on the quote confirmation once it is configured by our team. Every submission is logged with a reference number, so nothing is lost while you wait.

How much does an event cost?

There is no single answer, and any company that gives you one before seeing your details is guessing. Cost is driven by scale, venue access, install time, materials and guest count. The quote form includes a budget band so we can design to a number that is real for you.

How far in advance should I book?

Earlier is better, especially for weekend dates in spring and autumn and for graduation weekends. If your date is close, still ask — we will tell you immediately whether it is workable rather than leaving you waiting.

Do I pay anything to submit a request?

Accepted Answer

No. Submitting a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Nothing is payable until you have received a proposal and approved it.

Do you handle set-up and teardown?

Yes. Delivery, installation and strike are part of the scope for décor and balloon work. We coordinate the timing with your venue so it fits inside their access window.

How long will balloon décor last?

Accepted Answer

Indoor installations in a climate-controlled room are built to hold well beyond a typical event length. Direct sun, heat and wind shorten that considerably, which is why outdoor installations are scoped and quoted differently.

Question 9

What if my venue has décor restrictions?

Accepted Answer

That is normal and we plan for it. Before design is locked we confirm rigging limits, adhesive rules, open-flame policy and load-in windows, then design something that is actually buildable in that space.

Can I change details after I submit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guest counts, timings and scope move on nearly every event. Send us the update with your reference number and we will revise the plan.

Question 11

Can I book planning without décor, or décor without planning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The services are sold separately and combine well. Many clients start with décor and add coordination once they see how many moving parts the day has.

Question 12

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Every outdoor event we take on gets a written weather contingency at quote stage, including the decision deadline and who makes the call. We do not improvise this on the morning.
