What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if given, preferred contact method and time, your event type, date and timing, venue name and booking status, event city, state and ZIP code, indoor or outdoor setting, estimated guest count, the services you are interested in, your budget band, your theme and colour notes, any inspiration images you upload, how you heard about us, and your contact-consent choices.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver your event if you go ahead. We do not sell your information.

Consent and contact

Email consent is required to receive a response, because a reply is the purpose of the form. Text-message consent is optional and separate; you can decline it and still receive a full response. You can withdraw either consent at any time by replying to any message from us.

Uploads

Inspiration images you upload are used only to understand your design direction. Uploads are restricted to common image formats and to a maximum size per file. Please do not upload images containing identifying information about other people without their permission.

Third parties

If we have configured a customer-relationship system or an email delivery provider, your enquiry details are shared with that provider for the sole purpose of responding to you. Where no such provider is configured, your enquiry is only recorded in our own records.

Retention and access

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your enquiry record. Quote your reference number so we can locate it quickly.

Contacting us about privacy

A published privacy contact address will appear here once it has been configured. In the meantime, submit a request through the quote form and mark it as a privacy request in the notes field.
