Planning process
From first message to strike, step by step
No mystery, no vague discovery phase. Here is exactly what happens, in order, and who is responsible for each part.
- 01
Share your event
Tell us the date, venue, guest count and the feeling you are after through the Plan My Event request. You get a reference number immediately.
Your part
- Submit the Plan My Event request
- Share any inspiration images you have
- Tell us your budget band honestly
Our part
- Log the request with a reference number
- Check date availability
- Flag anything that needs an early decision
- 02
Consultation
We talk through scope, venue constraints and budget, and tell you plainly what is achievable at the number you have in mind.
Your part
- Join a consultation call or meeting
- Confirm venue details and access
- Tell us your top priority
Our part
- Review venue rules and constraints
- Pressure-test scope against budget
- Recommend where the money works hardest
- 03
Design & proposal
You receive a written direction and an itemised proposal. Nothing is payable until you approve it.
Your part
- Review the design direction
- Approve or request revisions
- Confirm the final guest count window
Our part
- Issue palette, materials and references
- Send an itemised proposal
- Hold your date once approved
- 04
Install & event day
We deliver, build, style and run the day to the agreed run-of-show, then strike cleanly afterwards.
Your part
- Enjoy the day
- Point us at anything that changes on site
- Nothing else
Our part
- Deliver, build and style on schedule
- Run to the agreed run-of-show
- Strike and clear the venue
Payments
Nothing is payable until you approve a proposal
We do not take deposits from an enquiry form. A deposit request only follows an itemised proposal that you have reviewed and approved.

Process questions
Tell us about your event
Share your date, venue and vision. You will get a reference number the moment you submit, and a real response from a person — not an automated price guess.
Submitting a request is free and commits you to nothing. Nothing is payable until you receive a proposal and approve it.
