Quote requests
Submitting a quote request is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not reserve your date. A date is held only once a proposal has been issued and approved and any agreed retainer has been arranged.
Payments
No payment is collected through this website at this time. Payment terms, retainers and schedules are set out in the proposal and agreement issued to you directly.
Scope and changes
Delivered work matches the written scope in the approved proposal. Changes to guest count, timing, venue or design after approval may affect price and feasibility, and will be confirmed in writing before they are actioned.
Venue rules and safety
We work within the rules of your venue and applicable safety requirements. Where a requested design conflicts with a venue restriction or a safety consideration, we will propose an alternative rather than proceed.
Images and content ownership
Text and design on this site belong to K&C Sparkles Events. Photography published in our gallery is from events we have delivered. If you upload inspiration images, you confirm you are permitted to share them with us for design reference.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published here is the version that applies.
